  14. We're trying to find an off-the-shelf freeware bulletin board system for our 
  15. Web site. Our Server Provider has tried Hypernews and looked at CoCo Board 
  16. but doesn't like these solutions as they are programmed in Perl. I understand 
  17. that Perl scripts create a high demand on the Servers CPU when people are in 
  18. the process of posting to the Bulletin board. Apparently, a programme 
  19. scripted in C would be far more efficient and therefore gentler on the 
  20. server. Is anyone aware of a Web-based BBS written in C which is easy to use 
  21. and easy to install on a Unix server?
